This service is aimed at the discerning buyer who wants to buy a Porsche but either doesn't know where to start or doesn't have the time to do it properly. The service is also tailored to the needs of overseas buyers.
What we do
This is a personal, one to one service with Peter Morgan. We can discuss your needs and why you should and shouldn't go for a specific model, and whether it would suit your proposed use. It is no understatement to say Peter knows of every reputable independent Porsche dealer in central and southern England (probably 90 per cent of the mainstream Porsche marketplace in the UK) and he knows where to look for the right cars. It's that kind of experience he will share with you when he searches for your next Porsche.
The first step is to complete a questionnaire about what sort of Porsche you want, what you are going to use it for, colour and option preferences, your budget and so on. We will research the market, define a list of alternatives and refine the list down to a possible shortlist. We or you can make the initial telephone calls to the vendors to check availability and outline condition. You can either have some fun visiting a selected short list of cars, or we can filter the selection for you. After you have seen and driven the preferred choice, you can instruct us to perform a comprehensive pre-purchase inspection.
If you wish we can negotiate the price for you and if necessary arrange purchase of the car discreetly on your behalf.
How much
For this service we charge by the hour. We ask for a deposit up front of £360 to cover 6 hours work. As we progress the search, we deduct our fees from this initial deposit at an hourly rate of £60. The deposit is as much to ensure your commitment to the project as it is to cover our initial costs. We keep a timesheet to record the time spent on the project and submit this to you at the end of the project or to reckon up the balance just prior to an inspection. When we exhaust the deposit, we will discuss progress and if approved, continue to search for the right car for you. If we find the right car for you before the deposit is exhausted, we will refund the unused balance.

Timescales and discretion
Normally the search timescale for a mainstream model is around four to eight weeks, but it does depend on the time of year. Limited editions and specials will take longer. Of course, good communication with you is essential and we will keep you in the loop as to what we are doing.
We specialise in complete discretion and are able to act as sole contact to the seller or to the restorer if you so desire. We can arrange transportation, shipping and UK registration if required (see project management).
